Can I deposit a check from my phone?
Yes. Mobile deposit is built into the Northwoods app. Snap a photo of the front and back, confirm the amount, and you are done.
How do I freeze a lost or stolen card?
Open card controls in online or mobile banking and toggle the card off instantly. Turn it back on when it turns up, or call us and we will help.
Are my deposits insured?
Yes. Northwoods Bank is FDIC insured, backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government.
